Marcus Beck Library
This stunning room dates from 1912 and houses
the Society's collection of rare medical books and portraits.
Before 1917, this room was used as a research laboratory to carry
out work on behalf of the Medical Research Council.
It has an oak parquet floor and a
horseshoe-shaped table which can seat up to 30 people for committee
meetings or presentations.
Naturally lit, the room has a built-in LCD data
projector and space for light refreshments that
can be delivered to you.
