Flexible meeting rooms for up to 60 people

If your next business meeting involves 30 people or more, your meeting room wish-list probably includes: a central London location, a flexible room set up, half-decent screens to show your presentation on, and plenty of those little sweeties you like.

Well, good news: the Toynbee Mackenzie ENT Room (ENT Room for short) and Seminar Suite will tick all your boxes, as well as the Training Room, right down to the confectionery.

The ENT Room has room for up to 40 delegates, while the Seminar Suite is a little bigger and holds up to 60. They’re both flexible enough to be set up in multiple styles, so you can pick the layout that suits you best.

The Training Room on the other hand holds up to 25 people, and is uniquely fitted with a sink and wipe-clean floor – so even practical demos are free of mess and fuss. It is able to accommodate taught and practical sessions.

The Seminar Suite has nifty removable walls, so you can divide it into 3 separate rooms – Seminar Room 1, Seminar Room 2, and Seminar Room 3 – to create break-out spaces or separate working areas. We told you it was flexible.

Do you know what’s even better? The Seminar Suite and ENT Room are fitted with the very latest meeting-room technology too. So they won’t just flex with your meeting objectives…they’ll actually help you achieve them. Now, how many meeting rooms can say that?

Holding your meeting in the ENT Room or Seminar Suite means you’ll be able to:

  • Display your slides and visual content in full clarity, on HD screens or using a HD projector

  • Connect to attendees anywhere, with high-quality conference calling

  • Give your delegates hearing support, through our induction loop system

  • Share presentations and make decisions with a click, through our wireless presentation system

  • Hear and be heard clearly, through our high-fidelity in-room speakers

The ENT Room and Seminar Suite can be booked for the whole day (8 hours), half a day (4 hours), or weekends. We can also provide working lunch and dinner menus if your attendees will need in-room catering. Just tell us how many people you’re expecting, and we’ll make sure they’re fed and watered.

What type of meeting rooms do you have?

At 1 Wimpole Street we have 9 meeting rooms for holding business meetings, workshops, and presentations.

The ENT Room and Seminar Suite and are our most flexible meeting rooms, which you can set up in a range of styles for meetings of 40 to 60 people. The Seminar Suite also has moveable walls that can be used to divide the room into Seminar Room 1, Seminar Room 2 and Seminar Room 3.  So they’re a great solution if you’ll be needing breakout space or separate working areas.

For smaller groups, we have a number of smaller boardrooms to choose from. The Marcus Beck Library holds up to 30 people in a fixed boardroom style, around a unique horseshoe table surrounded by rare medical textbooks. If you’re expecting less than 30, you can fit between 10 and 13 people in the Louis Forman Room, Chinese University of Hong Kong Room, and Henrietta Room.

On the other hand, if you’ll need more room, our conference and exhibition rooms make great alternative meeting spaces, with varying capacities of 80 people, 150 people, 200 people, and 300 people. The Seminar Suite and ENT Room may be used alongside any of them, as a handy breakout or catering area.

All of our meeting rooms are fitted with HD display screens, LCD monitors, or HD projectors, so you can share content in full clarity. They also all have high-speed wifi for complete connectivity. For a complete list of all our meeting room AV facilities, take a look at our Meeting Rooms AV page.
