The Cavendish Room – makes our venue feel like your own

The Cavendish Room is an elegant, multi-purpose exhibition space that you can make truly your own. It gets its name from Cavendish Square, which is just next to our building.

The Cavendish Room has space for up to 150 people in a range of styles: Reception, Standing/Seated Buffet, Banquet, and Exhibition – so you can really bring your event vision to life. It is also used as a separate catering area if you’re having a conference in our auditoriums. Plus it’s fully wheelchair accessible, as it’s on the Ground Floor.

Our room hire rates for the Cavendish Room vary, depending on the day that you’ll be having your event. Check our handy table below for pricing.  You can then select additional event catering menus and audio visual options.

We can provide a range of event catering options to reflect the ambience and format of your event.

Audio Visual Options

All stage equipment and AV facilities in the Cavendish Room are hired in at your request, so your event stays totally personal. We can offer:

  • bespoke staging, to make your event truly unique

  • coloured LED lights that match any colour, to tie in with your brand or theme colour

  • a fuss-free PA system, so everyone can hear and be heard loud and clear

  • on-demand streaming equipment, to give your event more exposure
