Exhibition space that you can customise for your London event

There are some events that you can think of as painting by numbers. Then there are other events that you might consider modern art: they’re one-off, one-of-a-kind, and one heck of a task to get your head around. This is where you might find yourself wishing for event space that you can really shape to fit your needs. If so, this is where we say: we’ve got just the rooms for you.

The Max Rayne Foyer (here’s a handy pfd about the foyer), Cavendish Room, and Max Rayne Atrium are our private event and exhibition spaces, for when you want to make an event uniquely your own. Each can be used as a stand alone space, or to enhance and add to a larger conference.

Our exhibition spaces can be set up in a variety of styles – from standing buffets to seated dinners – and hold up to a maximum of 200 people. We can also light them using wireless LED lights, which you can match to absolutely any colour. So that means we can get your event looking exactly as you want it to, right down to the Pantone reference.

What kind of vision are you trying to bring to life? A private view, a product launch, a canapé reception, a black-tie charity fundraiser? Our private event and exhibition areas spaces provide a versatile blank canvas for you to use as you wish.

The Max Rayne Foyer (here’s a pdf of the foyer) and the Cavendish Room both hold up to 200 people. They can be set up in a variety of styles to reflect the tone of your event, from informal standing buffet or reception style to more formal banqueting style. Max Rayne also notably features a vaulted glass ceiling, providing plenty of natural light that is particularly desirable for product exhibitions or launches.

For smaller events, the Max Rayne Atrium holds up to 150 people in theatre-style. It offers a comfortable catering or reception space, especially if you’re holding a conference in the adjacent Max Rayne Auditorium or a meeting in the Toynbee-Mackenzie ENT Room.

All of our exhibition rooms can be set up with a variety of audio visual equipment, including staging and a PA system – so you can really feel like the space is your own. Our in-house AV team can also enhance the overall look of your event, with bespoke LED lighting that ties back to your brand colour or another theme that you would like to follow. So in other words, we’ll give you full freedom to produce your event, your way.

You can book our exhibition spaces for the whole day or the evening during the week or at weekends – see our handy table below. You can then select additional seated dinner menus and audio visual options.
