We have 3 purpose-built conference auditoriums let you do just that. Each one has air-conditioning, wheelchair access, and high-spec sound, imaging, and video equipment capable of delivering a dazzling presentation. In the past we’ve displayed even complex surgical presentations with full clarity and accuracy – so you can rest assured your delegates will never miss out on any vital information.
Our auditoriums comfortably seat 80, 150, or 300 people in a fixed theatre-style set up. You simply need to choose the one that suits your event best – and we’ll take care of the rest. It’s really is as easy as 1,2,3.
Conference space for 80, 150, or 300 people
Maybe you need conference space for a large lecture. A business seminar. A product launch. Or some other type of large presentation-style event. Whatever it is, we have 3 auditoriums that will do the job beautifully: the Guy Whittle Auditorium, Max Rayne Auditorium, and Naim Dangoor Auditorium.
Guy Whittle is our largest space and holds up to 300 people, while Max Rayne and Naim Dangoor hold 150 and 80 people respectively. So there’s plenty of space for all your delegates, no matter what size conference you’re planning. We can also provide a video link between auditoriums and live stream your conference, so you have the potential to reach an even bigger audience.
Each auditorium has comfortable tiered seats and a spacious and customisable stage area. All 3 are also fully air-conditioned, wheelchair accessible, and offer complimentary wifi throughout.
Daily Delegate packages and catering
If your event is all-day, we offer a Daily Delegate Rate. You have the choice of a catering package including both hot and cold buffet menus for your delegates.

The Silver Line Helpline for older people held a fund-raising event at 1 Wimpole Street, when Dame Esther Rantzen interviewed the outrageously talented actress Miriam Margolyes. It was the perfect venue, the staff were so helpful and created a very happy atmosphere, the auditorium worked very well, both technically and as a comfortable, accessible venue, and there was plenty of room for a reception beforehand and a meet-and-greet afterwards. So thank you RSM, we can thoroughly recommend all your facilities.
