A light working lunch served in individual bento boxes. Please choose 1 box from the selection below for all attendees.

Selection of roasted beets in soy & sesame seed dressing

Oriental Seafood Box £15.00 per person
Lime marinated tiger prawns
Miso glazed salmon fillet and sesame egg noodles
Edamame bean and pimiento pepper salad
Nigiri sushi served with soya sauce and pickled ginger

Vegetarian Box £15.00 per person
Steamed broccoli, sun blushed tomato and feta salad
Selection of roasted beets in soy with oregano
Honey roasted butternut squash, pumpkin seeds
Edamame beans, coriander and lime dressing

Vegan and Gluten Free Box £15.00 per person
Saffron and lemongrass infused confit fennel
Chick peas, roasted aubergine and garden pea salad

Served on rustic board platters and ideal to put in the centre of the table to share. Please select 2 platters from below.

Meat Selection

  • Selection of Dorset cured meats, Coppa, smoked mutton, air dried beef and pork loin marinated olives, balsamic glazed onions, cream cheese stuffed bell peppers, Artisan bread
  • Confit shredded Gressingham duck served with orange and plum chutney, baby gem leaves pressed ham hock terrine and piccalilli, carved rare beef with creamed horseradish red and white cabbage slaw, picked watercress and radishes

Fish Selection

  • Sushi platter to includes salmon and squid Nigiri, spiced tuna and cucumber roll, crayfish and rocket sushi edamame soy beans, pickled ginger and wasabi, soy sauce
  • Juniper berry cured Scottish salmon, tiger prawns marinated in lemongrass, ginger and coriander potted smoked fish pate, lightly pickled cucumber salad and marinated sun blush tomatoes chive sour cream and rustic cut rye bread

Vegetarian Selection

  • Caramelized red onion hummus, lightly steamed asparagus, selection of beets roasted in olive oil and sea salt marinated jalapeno, honey mustard crème fraîche olives and flat bread
  • Oyster mushroom potato tortilla with saffron aioli, chargrilled zucchini and aubergine, black olive tapenade mozzarella Bocconcini, roasted cherry tomato bamboo skewer, pesto oil stuffed spicy baby peppers with cream cheese, marinated olives
  • English cheese platter of Quickes vintage cheddar, mature stilton, Somerset brie and a Rosemary Ash goat’s cheese cottage loaf, flat bread crackers, chutneys, mixed salad, pickled onions, celery, grapes and pickled walnuts
